The Rate of Rents Rise Up
The increase in the rental rate in Istanbul since 2000 to 2014 has reached about 357 percent, while it has risen to 4.228 percent in the state of Bayburt, northeast of Turkey, which has been in the top list of the rest of the cities in terms of rising rents.
According to calculations made on rental data at the Turkish Ministry of Finance, investments in the Anatolia region were more profitable than in Istanbul.
According to a report in the newspaper "HaberTürk" , the average of the monthly rent in Istanbul was about 342 Turkish Liras in 2000, and amounted to 1.564 Turkish Liras now.
It is worth mentioning that the rise in rents has also occurred in states that have increase modern buildings with high quality and efficiency of protection from earthquakes such as the states of Düzce,Bolu and Van.
